Terms and Conditions for Original Button Studio

Welcome. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Offered

Original Button Studio offers the following services:

- Hairdressing

- Yoga (in-person and online)

- Tarot Reading (in-person and online)

  • Reiki Healing (in-person and online)

  • Life Attunement (in-person and online)

 

2. Appointment Scheduling

- All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website or by contacting our studio directly.

- Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early for their appointments.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.

 

4. Payment

- Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or through approved electronic payment platforms.

- All payments are due before or at the time of service.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for informing the service provider of any injures, illnesses, pregnancies, allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect their treatment.

  • If you are unwell in anyway please rebook your service or class when you are better.

- For yoga classes, clients are encouraged to bring their own mats and equipment; however, mats are available for use.

 

6. Online Services

- For online services, all participants must have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for viewing and participating in the sessions.

- A link to the online session will be provided upon confirmation of the appointment.

 

7. Code of Conduct

- Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards service providers and other clients.

- Original Button studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

- Original Button studio is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during any service, whether in-person or online.

  • Clients participate in services at their own risk.

 

 

9. Disclaimer

- The services provided by Original Button (including but not limited to yoga, tarot reading, and reiki) are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- Original Button studio reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website.

Waiver and Release of Liability

Yoga, Tarot Card Readings, and Reiki Sessions

I [name of client booking] understand and agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk:

    • I acknowledge that participating in yoga, tarot card readings, and Reiki sessions involves various risks. For yoga, this includes the risk of physical injury. For tarot card readings and Reiki sessions, I understand that these are spiritual and holistic practices that are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment. I accept and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these activities.

 

  1. Medical Conditions:

    • I have consulted with a physician prior to beginning Life attunement sessions, yoga classes, Tarot readings and Reiki sessions, or I have chosen to participate without such consultation. I represent and warrant that I am in good health and do not suffer from any medical, physical or mental condition that would limit or exclude my participation in these activities.

 

  1. Online Classes and Sessions:

    • I understand that participating in online life attunement sessions, yoga classes, tarot card readings, or Reiki sessions from my own home or other locations involves risks that may not be present in a controlled studio environment. I am responsible for ensuring my space is safe and that I have the appropriate equipment and conditions to participate.

 

  1. Release and Waiver:

    • I hereby release, waive, and discharge Original Button studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the yoga classes, tarot card readings, or Reiki sessions offered by Original Button studio, whether in-person or online.

 

  1. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment:

    • I understand that life attunement sessions, yoga, tarot card readings, and Reiki sessions are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment. I will seek the advice of a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or mental health issues.

 

  1. Confidentiality:

    • I understand that personal information shared during life attunement, yoga , tarot card readings and Reiki sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

 

  1. Photography/Video Release:

    • I consent to the use of my image, in photographs or videos, taken during classes or sessions for promotional purposes. Participant may opt-out by emailing info@originalbutton.co.uk.

 

8. Governing Law:

    • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England, and any legal action related to this waiver shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Essex, uk..

 

I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
